Electrical & Plumbing

Overview:

Electrical:

quality electrical plumbing

A good quality wire is to be provided as per the design of the Electrical Engineers. It should be joint free in between the switch and the lighting point. This will avoid short circuit. Every room should be wired in two options, one line is the essential necessity line for inverter or power backup and other is normal, so that when the power goes, automatically the necessity line works. If it is not decided in advance, a new wiring to be done, to connect inverter. Every room is wired with a separate MCB line, so that it trips independently safe guarding us.

Adequate light and plug points should be determined in advance and sufficient sized pipes are to be provided as, all the wirings are concealed.

The Electrical Pipes should be of 2mm wall thickness to concealed concrete, as it should withstand the Vibrator pressure while concreting. It can be 1.5mm wall thick for wall concealing.

The proper color code for the wires should be followed so that any electrician can check the wiring easily in future.

Plumbing

How should the pipes to be laid over vertical wall.

Whether it is better to fix it easily over the wall or it is good, to fix over the clamp?

It is over the clamp,

How much the clamp should be?

Fixing the pipes in vertical wall is easier one and everyone easily follows it.

If at all, it is fixed over the clamp, the more than 90% of the answer is, it is fixed it is easier to do the painting

Not at all! It is to Avoid, the major problem in pipe leaking. Everyone knows, that usually pipes leak at the joints only.

When you fix the pipe over the wall, the other side of the elbow or the bend, goes inside the wall and when the leakage occurs at this juncture, it will travel through the porous portion in the wall and spread 3,4 or may feet downwards or side wards, that no one can find out where it comes from.

Suppose if we provide the Joint of the Elbow or bend outside the wall, then when leakage comes it will straightaway drops out and it can be easily stopped as it is very much visible to nacked eye of anyone. So the size of the clamp should be, the above the length of the elbow or bend to tee provided at the junction of the inside Pipe and vertical pipe. The Clamp should not be ironed as its corridors and it can be either G.I. in FRP Coated or Copper with G.I. / S.S/ Brass Bolt and Nut.
