  We use Fe 500 Qst Steel Bars which taken from billet extruction, 30% more stronger than normal 415 TMT bars.

  We do mixing in the ratio 1 : 1 1/2 : 3 whereas others use 1:2:4 ratio in mixing the concrete, it will restrict air bubbles and more stronger than other concrete.

  We use Wire Cut Bricks for the apartments whereas others use Ash Bricks or Hollow Block. Wire Cut Bricks are very healthy & strong and the finishing will be excellent. Each Brick costs us Rs 12.20, whereas as 4 times longer & stronger than normal bricks are cost around 4 to 5 Rupees.

  All the grills which we use in our apartments are Stainless Steel which requires no maintenance.

  We are the first one to use FRP doors which is 5 times more expensive than other normal doors used in other apartment,which gives 5 times longer & stronger.

  The doors are fully waterproof & teak finish bathroom doors and it is zero maintenance (no need to polish or repair).

  GROHE (Europeans famous sanitary fittings) are used for taps and showers. The world best ROCA for closet, the world’s best GEBERIT in wall tanks, for all bath rooms.

  The tiles we select are from best branded. We give Italian Marble finish in 800mmx800mm (2.75X2.75 Feet) Vitrified Tiles which is twice the cost than normal tiles, which gives 50% more life & strength than normal tiles.

  Special leak proff toilet as finolex pipe PVC welded in all joints and then coated with fibre glass materials, embedded in pebbles,it will prevent the damages arrives from leakages in the toilet flooring & path to outlets.

  The entire building is smooth putty finished and inner wall are painted with Jotun emulsion/silk finished, whereas the external walls are finished with a special Sweden paint, which reduces the inner temperature more than 10 degree It is periodically tested and find to be correct at site and done though the cost is four times costlier than normal paint.
